Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is elected by members of the Spanish Chapter who are also members of the ACFE.
They are responsible for establishing membership standards that promote professionalism and safeguard the future of the organisation as a whole.
The Board has exclusive authority over the admission of members, including, but not limited to, standard membership criteria. It also sets professional development requirements and is responsible for establishing, amending and enforcing the CFE Code of Professional Ethics, as well as all other matters necessary to maintain the ACFE’s high standards.
Elections are held annually to fill vacancies on the Board and every two years to elect the Board in its entirety.
All elected Board members shall serve for two-year terms until their successors are duly elected. Board members may be re-elected for successive terms.
